  1. 1 cup pineapple, small dice

  2. 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  3. 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil

  4. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lime peel

  7. 2 teaspoon honey

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, rub over protein and set aside 5 minutes to season.
