Grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon

Grated red bell pepper

honey

1 teaspoon

Honey

salt

1/4 teaspoon

Salt

pepper

1/8 teaspoon

Pepper

  1. 1/2 cup orange juice or slices, tangerine, grapefruit

  2. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  3. 1 tablespoon grated red bell pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon honey

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoonpepper


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, rub over each serving and seal in a freezer bag, vacuum bag or set aside 5 minutes before cooking.
