Ingredients for servings:

crema_leche_espesa

1/4 cup

Heavy cream

chocolate blanco

5 ounces

White chocolate

  1. 1/4 cup heavy cream

  2. 5 ounces white chocolate


Instructions:

  1. Shred or grate the chocolate and place in a bowl.

  2. Place cream in a small saucepan and bring to a boil; remove immediately from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Mix with a fork until all the chocolate has melted. Refrigerate just until cool and thick enough to cover the dessert.
