A variation of this “Neverland” desire will take you back to the years of all fun . . .

Combine the milk, sugar, and instant coffee in a saucepan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the milk is hot and the sugar has dissolved. Pour over the chocolate and mix to melt. Cool completely. (You can do it by placing it over a bowl full of ice). Place the chocolate sauce at the bottom of a tall milk shake glass. Place the cooled milk mixture in a blender with one scoop of the ice cream and mix. Pour into the tall glass, add the other scoop of ice cream scoop and decorate with a cherry.
