Ingredients for servings:

helado cafe

2 scoops

Coffee Ice Cream

leche entera

1/2 cup

Milk

azucar

2 tablespoons

Sugar

cafe liofilizado

1 1/2 teaspoons

Freeze-dried instant coffee

chocolate oscuro

2 ounces

Dark chocolate, grated

salsa chocolate

2 tablespoons

Chocolate sauce

cereza

Cherry, for decoration

  1. 2 scoops Coffee Ice Cream

  2. 1/2 cup milk

  3. 2 tablespoons sugar

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons freeze-dried instant coffee

  5. 2 ounces dark chocolate, grated

  6. 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

  7. 1 cherry, for decoration


Instructions:

  1. Combine the milk, sugar, and instant coffee in a saucepan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the milk is hot and the sugar has dissolved. Pour over the chocolate and mix to melt. Cool completely. (You can do it by placing it over a bowl full of ice). Place the chocolate sauce at the bottom of a tall milk shake glass. Place the cooled milk mixture in a blender with one scoop of the ice cream and mix. Pour into the tall glass, add the other scoop of ice cream scoop and decorate with a cherry.
