Ingredients for servings:

aderezo italiano

3/4 cup

Creamy Yogurt Dressing

uvas rojas

1 cup

Red seedless grapes, halved

queso parmesano

2 ounces

Shaved Parmesan

lechuga roja

Heads red curly lettuce, washed, dried, (leave leaves whole)

  1. 3/4 cup Creamy Yogurt Dressing

  2. 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

  3. 2 ounces shaved Parmesan

  4. 2 heads red curly lettuce, washed, dried, (leave leaves whole)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dressing and set aside.

  2. When ready to serve, place the dry lettuce leaves in a bowl and mix with the dressing. Arrange on a platter or individual serving plates.

  3. Add the grapes and cheese shavings on top. Serve.
