Ingredients for 3 servings:

1⁄2 cup yogurt

1⁄2 cup

Yogurt

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp

Cornstarch

dijon mustard1

2 tbsp

Dijon mustard

  1. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  2. 1⁄2 cup yogurt

  3. 1 tsp cornstarch


Instructions:

  1. Mix the mustard, yogurt and comstarch and pour it into the pan where you cooked the beef.

  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
